Description: Our smallest Preserve, the Beauchamp Point Preserve comprises 1.9 acres at the southernmost tip of Beauchamp Point, directly across the channel from Indian Island in Rockport Harbor. The Preserve protects 1,020 feet of water frontage and offers beautiful views of both Rockport Harbor and Penobscot Bay.
