SUMMARY:Coastal Mountains Nature Program: Insect Bonanza
DESCRIPTION:Join naturalist Roger Rittmaster and members of the Maine Entomological Society for Insect Bonanza\, a guided hike along the Ragged Mountain trails during peak butterfly diversity in Midcoast Maine! This hike will leave from the Hosmer Pond trailhead and will head into the woods of Ragged Mountain. This trail offers a wide array of insect-friendly habitats which will offer us a chance to learn about and observe several fascinating and remarkable insect species! \nThis is event is free and open to all ages! All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please leave dogs at home.  \nThe Coastal Mountains Nature Program is a series of free guided walks and talks led by Maine-based naturalists with varying areas of expertise.
