DESCRIPTION:It looks like snow is coming our way! We’re inviting all members to join us in making\nfresh tracks along the Round the Mountain Trail on Tuesday\, January 9 th !\nWe will split into two groups. Both skiers and snowshoers will be joined by a staff\nmember from the Land Trust.\nIf conditions do not allow for a snowy excursion\, we will still hike the trails! Be sure to\nbring appropriate footwear\, including spikes if needed. Skis and snowshoes will not be\nprovided.\nWe will meet at 12PM at the Thorndike Brook trailhead located at 223 Hope Street in Hope\n(Google maps does not show this accurately). For the Thorndike Brook Trailhead turn onto Hope\nStreet from Route 17 (eight miles north of Rockland) or from Gillette Road. The parking lot is just\npast the existing parking lot for the Georges Highland Path (¾ miles from Route 17).\nNo registration is necessary! All members are welcome to join!
