SUMMARY:Wednesday Waldo Walk: Haystack Mountain\, Liberty
DESCRIPTION:Join Coastal Mountains volunteer\, Bindy Pendleton\, as she guides us up Haystack Mountain in Liberty.  You will hear the incredible story of the community saving this mountain for public access!  It was an incredible\, local\, conservation feat! \nThis is a 1-mile loop trail with a steeper section as you approach the summit.  There are great views from the top! \nMeet at 9:30 am at the trail head which is located off Main St. behind Liberty Elementary School.      Bring: water\, sunscreen\, tick protection and binoculars\, if you have them. \nRegister at info@coastalmountains.org  \nIf you are interested in a ride share from the Reny’s parking lot in Belfast\, contact Bindy at @ 207-323-0817 for details.
