DESCRIPTION:Join Coastal Mountains Land Trust and Maine Health’s Community Health program for a Happy Wanderers hike at Hodson Preserve in Camden! We will meet at the trailhead at 10a.m. on Thursday\, June 5th.  \nHappy Wanderers hikes are held monthly and explore different trails throughout Knox and Waldo Counties. These walks are free and open to anyone! \nThis hike will cover about 1.5 miles of trail including steep elevation in some spots. Hiking footwear and plenty of water are recommended.  \nDirections: From Camden\, take Washington Street/Route 105 for 2.5 miles. You won’t want to miss our first Arts on the Hill country concert. Over the years\, Schott’s songs have been recorded by famous country music artists including Bill Ray Cyrus and Lonestar.  \nCountry music is all about stories and singer/songwriter Schott will share some her favorites. You will descend into a valley before a steep hill. The trailhead is located on the left\, about 100 yards after Route 52 crosses the Ducktrap River. Park along the road.
