Over 40 youngsters came out to Beech Hill Preserve to try their hands at raking blueberries. Everyone agreed it was hard work, but oh, eating those berries made it all worthwhile! After picking, everyone made their way to the blueberry barn where they got to see the winnower in action and even help cull leaves and stems from the berries. An end to a fun morning was going home with hard earned blueberries!
