Arts on the Hill: Salt Bay Chamberfest

Coastal Mountains Land Trust’s Arts on the Hill program brings flutists from Salt Bay Chamberfest to Beech Hill Preserve on Thursday, August 8 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. as part of this popular summer concert series.

MacArthur “Genius” fellow flutist, Claire Chase, who has been working on a project based on the legend of Pan, will team up with Native American flutist Hawk Henries (a maker of Pan flutes). Their performance of two different flute styles brings together the Native American story and classic concert flute, with nature as inspiration and host. You won’t want to miss this truly unique performance!

The concert is free and open to all ages but please leave your dogs at home. Refreshments and reception will follow the performance.
